This is the 20th Anniversary of Forever Wild , the inspiring multimedia show featuring Walkin’ Jim Stoltz. It combines his photography, music, poetry, and stories from 26,000 miles of wilderness walking. Nearly every year, Jim takes to North America’s wild country -- sometimes walking for several months -- taking pictures and writing songs about the things he sees and feels. The Environmental Protection Agency recognized Jim’s service with an Outstanding Achievement Award for "sharing nature and wilderness with others across America through [his] extraordinary words, images, and music."
Forever Wild—2006 is a special 20th Anniversary tour of Forever Wild. Each event will be hosted by multiple community and conservation organizations, green businesses, outdoor clubs, and spiritual and educational organizations. Other musicians, authors, and speakers will join Jim in this major celebration of wild Earth. Check the schedule in the months ahead to find out who will be joining Jim and in what cities.
